Warm, cosy fleece – in a jacket!
When the temperature starts to dip after summer, it’s time to bring out your warmer clothes. Pullovers and sleeveless gilets are great for the autumn, but there’s nothing like a fleece jacket to keep you warm and comfortable through the season.
So what makes fleece jackets so special?
There are two good reasons to choose a zip-up fleece jacket. First and foremost is the comfort fabric, which is soft, light, warm and breathable. The second is the practical side – they’re easy to clean, dry quickly and never need ironing. If you’ve read our “choosing the right fleece” guide, you’ll know which thickness to choose for which season: 200 to 290g/m² is great for autumn, while in winter you’ll want something over of 300 g/m² (with a hood too, if you really feel the cold). If you’re regularly facing sub-zero however, we recommend one of our extreme-cold fleece jackets lined with Sherpa® wool.
A wide range of fleece jackets
Our fleece jackets are engineered to keep you warm in winter, and often feature a drawstring at the hem to trap in the heat. Many of our Atlas For Men fleeces are water-resistant and treated to ensure the fabric won’t bobble. In terms of style, we’ve got you covered. If you want something to throw on top of anything, try a plain, sombre colour like black, grey or brown, while brighter or twin-colour models are a little sportier. We’ve even got a series of jackets
with exclusive print designs, so go ahead and choose the perfect one for you, no matter your size. From smaller to larger frames, there’s a budget-friendly fleece jacket here with your name on it.
