TERMS FOR THE ATLASFORMEN "LIVE YOUR DREAM!" PRIZE DRAW
ARTICLE 1
The company Atlasformen SAS, a simplified limited company with capital of €1,659,866 registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under the number B 449 149 038, the head offices of which are located at 87-89 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France, is organising from 13th November 2024 to 24th February 2025, a prize draw entitled “LIVE YOUR DREAM!” (the Promotion).
This prize draw will award the sole winner with €10,000 (ten thousand euros) [or £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) if the winner enters and resides in the UK].
The prize in play is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other prize.
ARTICLE 2
This Promotion is free of charge and without obligation to buy. It is open to all adults residing in Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom, excluding employees of Atlasformen, its advertising agencies and service providers, as well as members of their families.
ARTICLE 3
People wishing to enter are invited to complete and tick their entry form or to reply on a separate sheet of paper clearly indicating their first name, surname and address and posting it to the following address: Atlas For Men - PO Box 9303 – RINGWOOD BH24 9GE
Alternatively, fill in the electronic entry form for the “LIVE YOUR DREAM!"” prize draw available on the website www.atlasformen.co.uk and then click on the “Enter” button to confirm participation in the prize draw.
The deadline for participation is midnight on 24th February 2025, the postmark serving as proof for postal entries.
Erased, illegible or incomplete entry forms or those with incorrect contact details will be considered invalid and will not be taken into account.
Participation is limited to one entry per household (same name, same postal and/or e-mail address).
ARTICLE 4
The draw will be held in the presence of Ms Carolle Yana or Mr Jérémie Le Pesant, judicial officers in Paris, between the 24th March 2025 and 11th April 2025. A winning entry form will be drawn at random, as well as an additional entry form (the substitute) should the holder of the winning ballot not respond to the registered letter that will be sent to them pursuant to the procedure below.
The winning ballot holder will be notified by registered letter by 24th May 2025 at the latest. In the event that they do not reply within one month of the presentation of the registered letter sent to them, they shall be deemed as having refused the prize.
If the winner has not come forward, Atlasformen will then notify the holder of the substitute entry form drawn at random, by registered letter no later than 24th June 2025.
If the holder of the substitute ballot paper does not respond to the registered letter within one month of its presentation, a new random draw will be held.
ARTICLE 5
Personal data provided for the prize draw will be processed in compliance with the law for the protection of personal data and the European regulations for personal data (GDPR) in effect since 25th May 2018.
Atlasformen SAS is responsible for the processing of personal data provided by participants in order to keep them informed of the competition’s progress and, should they agree, to receive via e-mail or post information from Atlas For Men and/or from our partners.
The processing of personal data is based on the consent and legitimate interest of Atlasformen within the context of participation in the competition.
Information collected is intended, for the aforementioned purposes, for Atlasformen, for our service providers and/or our partners.
Except when the law states otherwise, your personal data will be stored for the period of time it takes to fulfil its intended purpose.
Players have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer their data, as well as the right to have its processing limited.
Players may also object to the processing of their personal data and are entitled to withdraw their consent at any time.

Participation in this Promotion implies straightforward and outright agreement with the provisions set out in the full rules. These rules are exclusively covered by French law.

The company Atlasformen will in no way be responsible for any problems relating to communication, connection to a network, IT issues or a defective connection. The company Atlasformen will not be held responsible for the malfunctioning of a website for any given browser.
The company Atlasformen does not guarantee that its websites www.atlasformen.fr, www.atlasformen.de, www.atlasformen.at and www.atlasformen.co.uk will run without interruption or that they do not contain any computing errors, nor that any defects observed will be corrected.
