Marketplace Sellers' Returns Policy


To return an item sold and shipped by one of our Marketplace partners, please download and print the returns form available here.

Send the items to the address that is provided in the seller’s details section (found by clicking the seller’s name on your item’s product page). The items must be securely packaged, and you must complete and enclose the returns form. 

Each of our Marketplace partners has their own returns policy. To find the returns policy that is relevant to your Marketplace item, simply click on the seller’s name on your item’s product page.
