To make sure you order the right shoe size, measure the total length of your foot first, by placing a ruler or tape measure on the floor. Position the back of your heel at the beginning of the tape and then measure to your longest toe.

Keep in mind that the length of the insole should always be slightly longer than the length of your foot.
